Community Relations

Every company, organization or government deals with communities - villages, towns, cities or regions. This also can include the more esoteric "communities of interest" - special interest groups, non-government organizations and other groups. It's sad that some organizations just go to community opinion leaders and local/regional government officials only when they need them. What a way to build a relationship. What a way to build credibility.
