Patriot Strategies offers an exclusive “Levels of Service” retainer fee structure because, while many organizations require a full-service government relations firm in Washington, D.C., some do not. It is true that securing funding or a regulatory fix, lobbying decision-makers or crafting legislation and policy, can be a very expensive endeavor (fees can easily start at more than $10,000/month with the entire process reaching $50,000 per month or more for full advocacy service). Tailoring our services to address your specific needs, without the extras or the overhead, will also achieve your respective goals.

LEVEL ONE
Level One is Patriot Strategies’ basic level of service and is an affordable option for organizations that want to have a substantive impact by interacting with federal or state governments. Services will primarily include the following:
- Conducting an on-site Resource Review and Analysis (RRA) of your organization’s strengths
- Marketing your organization to Federal and State Governments
- Building genuine and valuable relationships within the federal government and/or state governments
- Scheduling and attending meetings with elected officials and staff, preparing all materials (including briefing books, leave-behinds) and conducting all follow-up
- Leveraging our experience to amplify your voice with elected officials
- Preparing your organization for coalition “fly-ins”
- Being your office in our Nation’s Capital
LEVEL TWO
Level Two is Patriot Strategies' standard level of service and best fits with organizations that seek funding at the federal or state levels of government or from the private sector. Services will primarily include the following:
- All services from Level One
- Pursuing competitive grants, discretionary funding and low interest loans, including identifying grants, concept development, writing, reviewing and submitting
- Utilizing the Congressional Appropriations and Authorizations processes
- Targeted legislative and issue tracking
LEVEL THREE
Level Three is Patriot Strategies’ highest level of service and best fits organizations with complex funding, policy, regulatory and/or procurement needs. Services will primarily include the following:
- All services from Level One and Level Two
- Securing government contracts and procurement
- Conducting issue-related advocacy and crafting policy
- Achieving regulatory relief
LEVEL FOUR
Level Four is Patriot Strategies' unique group level of service designed to enhance partnerships amongst its own client base for a greater goal. This fee sharing level enables two or more institutions, organizations and/or businesses to strategically join forces to accomplish a common objective at the federal and/or state level of government, and/or within the private sector.
- Custom designed services for two or more entities
- Incorporates some or all of Level One, Level Two and Level Three
