To remove your PI from any batch that may be shared on these grounds, you may opt out by contacting Patriot at Privacy@PatriotStrategies.com Patriot may retain some personal information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce Patriot’s Terms of Use, or take any other actions otherwise permitted by law. There may also be some residual PI that remains in Patriot’s databases, access logs, and other records.
Patriot may also share your PI and non-personal information with any of Patriot’s subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with Patriot. Additionally, should Patriot merge with another company, acquire another company, or enter into another business transition of this sort, your PI may be among the assets transferred.
Finally, Patriot may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting it in fraud prevention or investigation. Patriot may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law or court order; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
Although Patriot intends only to include quality, safe and relevant external links, you should always exercise caution before clicking any external web links on the Site. Patriot cannot guarantee or verify the contents of any externally linked website despite its best efforts. Communication, engagement, and other actions taken through external social media platforms that Patriot and this Site utilize are governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the applicable social media platform. Patriot will not solicit PI through a public channel. Patriot asks that you not submit PI through these channels, but to communicate directly with Patriot via telephone, email or directly through this Site.
This Site uses social sharing buttons, which help share content directly from web pages to the applicable social media platform. You should use those social sharing buttons at your own discretion, and should note that those social media platforms may be tracking information according to the terms of the applicable platform’s privacy policy and terms of use.

You may opt out of any marketing related materials or ask that Patriot no longer share your PI with third parties by emailing your request to Privacy@PatriotStrategies.com. You may review and request changes to your collected PI by contacting Privacy@PatriotStrategies.com. Patriot will try to comply with your request as soon as is reasonably possible, subject to this Policy. For your protection, Patriot will only recognize and implement requests related to the PI related to the email address you use to send your request, and may ask to verify your identity prior to implementing the request. Patriot may also need to keep some information, including PI and residual information, for recordkeeping, our own advertising (ad networks like Google or Yahoo), data collection, statistical purposes (website analytics and optimization tools, like Google Analytics or Optimizely), or for customer service purposes, or other purposes, and will not remove that information. If you opt out as described above, Patriot will not be able to update or remove your PI already disclosed to third parties who’ve been provided this information as permitted by this Policy.
Currently, Patriot does not assign a meaning to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
This Site is not meant to be used by and is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and Patriot requests that those individuals under the age of thirteen (13) not provide Patriot with PI through this Site.
Patriot does not represent or warrant that this Site, or any part of this Site, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. You access this Site at your own initiative and risk, and you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, rules and regulations. In Patriot’s sole discretion, Patriot may limit any or all of the Site’s availability to any person or geographic area at any time. By using this Site and submitting any PI, you consent to the transfer of your PI subject to the terms of this Policy to other countries, including the United States, which may have different data security protections than your country of residence.
